The school district
A dynamic community
Medicine Hat is Alberta's sixth most populous city, with approximately 65,000 inhabitants. It is a dynamic and pleasant community that offers many activities: ski slopes 40 minutes away, swimming pools, ice rinks, a skate park and nearly 100 km of cycle paths and footpaths.
The Medicine Hat district has two high schools that welcome international students: Medicine Hat High School and Crescent High School.
There are many options available, both sporting and extracurricular (baseball, athletics, arts, theatre, choir, dance, etc.), and the personal development of each student is a priority. There is also a club specifically for international students, the International Student Club. It's the perfect place to make friends from all over the world!
