Brésil / São Paulo

Study in São Paulo during your exchange year in Brazil

The programme in a nutshell

In one of the most dynamic cities in the country

São Paulo Connection – Prontos pro Mundo is an initiative of the São Paulo State Department of Education (SEDUC-SP) designed to welcome international students to the city's public schools. This is not just a simple "exchange": it is a cultural, academic and social immersion experience based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

More specifically, you will attend classes with local students and, through specific activities, explore five educational areas in international contexts:

1. Culture and territory
Discover Brazilian identity, its historical heritage and its incredible diversity.

2. Language and communication
Introduction to Portuguese as the host language and to bilingual dynamics.

3. Community and inclusion
Exchanges with local students, activities with NGOs and local realities.

4. Sustainability and the environment
Workshops on climate, environmental citizenship and responsible consumption.

5. Sport and cooperation
Football, dance, capoeira, cooperative games and outdoor activities.

At the end, you will receive an official SEDUC SP certificate with a digital badge, as well as the opportunity to present the results of your course directly to the São Paulo Department of Education.
